Another Top Leader Joins the Executive Team!

One of the marks of truly strong leadership is the ability and willingness to attract other strong leaders.

It was evidenced when Gregg Sturz joined his long-term friend, Mark McCool, Founder and CEO of LiveSmart 360. Gregg now shoulders the responsibilities of COO, freeing Mark from the day to day operational complexities to concentrate on building the 360 vision.

And it has happened again with the arrival of another outstanding field leader, achiever, and friend.

He is Steven Thompson, who has known Mark and Jeanine McCool for twelve years and Gregg Sturz for ten.

Steven was twenty-six years old, working a pool cleaning business, and living in an 800 square foot apartment with his new bride, Angie, when he met Mark McCool.

Learning from Mark and putting his own touch on systems he developed to help prospect and train leaders under him, three years later Steven was a millionaire, earning $100K a month. Over the course of seven years he built an organization of 100,000 independent business owners and earned an astounding $7 million.

But the real story is not what Steven was able to take home for himself. It is in the collection of stories of financial transformation, growth, and success he has been able to help others achieve, from single stay-at-home moms to medical doctors working part time in the business, including a number who have become millionaires themselves under his leadership.
