LiveSmart 360 Is Exploding In Japan and Hires New Customer Service Manager

Live Smart 360  Trains  Rie Shimoji  In Sarasota  To Support Japanese Reps.

After growing up and being educated in Japan, speaking Japanese as her native language, Rie Shimoji  moved to the Phillippines in 2006 where she attended Foursquare Bible College and studied English for the next three years.

Along with her proficiencies in computers, telemarketing, word processing, and customer assistance, her language skills have put her in excellent position to do interpretive work, starting as early as 2006 at the mission where her school was located.

Any time there was an outside speaker from a Japanese background, hers was the voice the audience heard in English. And for a Japanese audience with an English speaking leader, her Japanese was heard by those in attendance. Her translation and interpretive work continued even beyond her education there and since then in a number of other venues. These included work for the Kiitos Corporation, translating web pages and doing house management. During the past school year, she taught English as an assistant teacher. And in May of 2011, when a group of volunteers came from Singapore to help after the disaster, she acted as interpreter and liaison.

As demand for information about Manna 360™ and related products has grown in Japan, the pressure has increased to have someone in place who could field questions and pass along information who knew the Japanese language and culture. Ishida San, a founding executive with LiveSmart 360 in Japan, as well as Rie’s mother, also a LiveSmart 360 distributor, made frequent appeals to LiveSmart 360′s CEO, Mark McCool to put someone on the ground in Japan to handle customer relations. When it was learned that Rie was looking for work this past summer, the timing and her fitness for the position seemed almost providential.

She is currently training in Sarasota, Florida, with the Customer Relations Department of LiveSmart 360 and is anticipating stepping into her position in Kasuga City early in 2012.

She says that she is excited about the health benefits of the Manna 360™ and the opportunities represented by the LiveSmart 360 program for the people of Japan. She looks forward to serving them and their needs and watching the company grow over there.
